REQUIRED: Valid PA Certificate as Supervisor of Special Education or Supervisor of
Early Childhood and experience in preschool special education. Principal Certification
considered with commitment to obtain supervisory certificate.

At least two years post secondary study required.

Must have accident and violation-free driving record, and must have completed the
requirements for the PA Department of Education behind-the-wheel instruction course.

REQUIRED: Chapter 14 requirements for paraprofessionals through: completion of at
least two (2) years of postsecondary study; Associate Degree; (CDA); approved
alternative standard of quality through the Bureau of EI Services in (OCDEL); or\
Complete and pass the Pennsylvania Special Education Paraeducator Credential of
Competency offered through (PaTTAN) or BCIU.

High School Diploma/GED required; Associates degree preferred. Graduation from
interpreter training program or equivalent experience required. National RID certification
preferred.

PA State Certification/License required.

PA certification in Speech Correction required; Master’s Degree preferred.

PA certification in Speech Correction and expressive and receptive sign language skills
required.

PA certification in Speech Correction required.  Master level, Certificate of Clinical
Competence, or License and experience in working w/children w/special needs
preferred.

Bachelor's degree or teaching certificate required. Experience with children and youth
who have emotional learning and social problems. Knowledge of and skills in behavior
management. Ability to appropriately restrain physically aggressive students through 21
years of age.

High school diploma/GED + 15 credit hours in early childhood education, child
development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and
1 year work experience related to the care and development of children, ages 3-5 who
have special needs OR High school diploma/GED + 3 years work experience related to
the care and development of children with special needs.

High school diploma or GED required.

High school diploma/GED + 15 credit hours in Education/Human Services field and 1
year work experience related to the care of children OR high school diploma/GED and
2 years child care experience required.

High school diploma/GED OR eighth grade education and 2 years experience related
to the care and development of children.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid PA teaching certificate.

Associate's degree in early childhood + 2 years work experience related to the care and
development of children OR a Bachelor's degree.

Associate's degree in early childhood or child development, OR B.S. in early childhood
or child development, OR Child Development Associate.

Pennsylvania Certification as required by the Department of Education.
